House Door Design and Order Processing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Utilize door-specific software to create and modify designs based on customer specifications and produce bill of materials.
- Assist in managing orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with production teams to confirm design feasibility and make necessary adjustments, assist in procuring necessary components.
- Maintain organized records of designs, orders, and customer interactions for future reference.
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in computer skills such as Word and Excel, ability to learn industry specific design and order processing software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Prior experience in the door industry with a solid working knowledge of door handing, typical door applications, hardware, and associated millwork and door products.
