Finish Department
Stancraft Boat Company is seeking new and talented craftsman for its Finish team that will have a focus on sanding. At Stancraft Boat Company we build and maintain high end luxury boats made of African Mahogany. The Finish Team sands, shapes, and finishes all the new boats and interior parts that are built today. Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED desired
Valid State issued Driver’s License
Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol pre-employment test
Knowledge and Skills
Ability to stand, reach, crouch, kneel, and use a ladder all day
Ability to do manual work (sanding) with no limitations
Ability to retain new information
Detail-oriented
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Details:
Pay $18 - $25 hourly DOE
Opportunity for regular raises and annual reviews
Monday – Thursday 10-hour shifts
