A local painting company is looking for 2 motivated people to hire and teach our trade. Located on Spokanes South Hill. Pay starts at $20 an hr. with frequent $1 raises as you learn to work with the crew. Crew lead maker around $30. It’s full time work, 7-330pm. Driver license and transportation needed.
Our ideal crew member would already have a job and looking to upgrade with good references. We’ve had amazing luck saving people from boring and underpaid jobs such as the cash register, food, warehouse/ production line. Maxed out on pay with nothing left to learn or grow into. It cures the depression.
We are looking for positive and highly capable individuals who enjoy life in general, and get along with others. Must be ready to work hard, carry large ladders, scale roof lines and developed leadership your capabilities. It’s going to take a couple years of commitment to learn enough to be confident working without a lead.
If you’re having hard drug or legal issues, don’t bother. You’ll end up having to pay for the background check and the test. We have you pay and then pay you back when nothing funny pops up.
