We’re looking for a motivated shop helper to support our team in maintaining a fleet of dump trucks and heavy equipment. This is a full-time position ideal for someone reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn more about the heavy equipment and trucking industry.

Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics and crew with daily tasks.
Keep the shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
Help with loading/unloading tools and materials.
Pick up parts and tools locally.
Handle basic cleaning and maintenance of trucks and equipment.
Assist in scheduling trucks for maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and dependability.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Prior experience in a shop or mechanical setting.
Welding and fabricating experience a plus, but not required.

Full-time hours. Overtime, 50+ hours per week available.
