Signature Graphics is a locally-owned, full-service heatset and coldset commercial printer with direct mail advertising and graphic design businesses located in NE Portland, Oregon and Spokane, WA with approximately 160 employees. Since opening in 1984, Signature has become one of the largest printers in the Pacific Northwest, and we are currently looking for a Mailroom Coordinator / Operator.
The Mailroom Coordinator / Operator works as part of the mailroom and bindery production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all products to post offices and customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist in quality control of all products and procedures in the mailroom / bindery area.
Responsible for preparation of all mailings including presorting, labeling, bundling, and palletizing mail daily.
Responsible for all shipping & receiving, including all BOLs and tracking
This position experiences standing for long periods of time as well as walking, carrying, twisting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Drives daily to and from the post office. Occasionally drives to local warehouses for deliveries using a 26" truck (preferred experience with this size delivery truck).

Additional Description:
Day shift, Monday-Friday, 30+ hours a week.
MUST be flexible with hours.
Casual work attire, closed toed shoes.
Other Duties:
This position will eventually be trained to operate a forklift.
Qualifications
18+ years old
High school diploma
Can lift 50+ lbs
Current state-issued driver's license, the ability to be insured by our insurance company, and the ability to complete DOT medical screening are required.
