Contract Details:
-Duration: Winter season (with potential for extended contract)
-Schedule: 4 days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
-Hours: 4 hours per day, anytime between 4:00 AM to 11:00 AM
-Location: Luxury condo building in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
-Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience and services offered
Responsibilities:
-Regular collection and disposal of trash from designated areas within the property
-Maintenance of cleanliness around trash collection points
-Ensuring that all trash disposal areas adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
-Willingness and capability to handle large-scale trash disposal
-Necessary tools and vehicles for efficient trash management (can be minimal)
-A commitment to reliability and high-quality service
-Business insurance and appropriate licenses (if applicable)
