We are looking for house cleaners for our airbnb just barely outside sandpoint. It is just across the long-range in sagle. We pay 200 minimum, but up to 320 (depends on pets, number of guests.) It is a 3 bed 2 bath with addl bunkroom (when bunkroom beds are used, cleaner fees go up so cleaners are paid more).
Have to live in sagle or sandpoint. We are having issues with cleaners from cda/Hayden no showing or cancelling as it is a bit of a drive. Will no longer be looking at cleaners without a sagle or sandpoint address.
will need to pass background check, and have previous employer references. References specifically pertaining to cleaning will be prioritized.
will need reliable transportation.
we will 1099 you at year end, so you will need appropriate paperwork as a subcontractor.
we could possibly train the right hardworking and responsible person.
averages about 2 cleans a week june-sept and dec-march. Takes about 5 hours max at the full tilt $320.00, and around 4 at the 200.00 standard clean. The extra comes from making and doing the laundry for 4 extra beds, and a pet fee if they have a pet. Also depends on length of stay as the bed fee is per day for the extra beds.
This can get a lucrative job for someone as we are always booked. Many one day turns, so schedule is key.
