Busy hotel has an opening for a full time maintenance person.
Basic knowledge of maintaining a building, painting, plumbing, change plugs, clean and change filters, mow lawns,
help with the landscaping are some of the duties you may be asked to do. Small team but must be able to work alone also. Use initiative and communicate well with other departments. Have excellent customer service.
