Hourly position. Paid every two weeks.
Seasonal position based at Fairchild Air Force Base
Positions expected to start mid March to early/mid April and go through October or November depending weather.
Summary:
In this position, you will perform daily grounds maintenance activities under the supervision of management. Activities include tasks such as mowing (using riding and push mowers), trimming, pruning, edging, irrigating, weeding, planting, preparing flower and shrub beds, and picking up litter.

Education/Experience:
Prefer applicants with one year of landscape maintenance experience, but we are willing to train.
The ideal candidate has experience in landscaping work and knows how to safely operate various grounds tools and equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, pruning shears, chainsaws, etc.
You must have respect and empathy for individuals with disabilities.
Other Requirements:
Ability to drive preferred but not required. Drivers must have a valid driver's license, be at least 16+ years of age and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.
Must be able to obtain a Federal Contractors Badge upon employment.
Scheduling may include four 10 hour shifts; shifts and hours are subject change depending on weather and/or contractual needs.

Compensation & Benefits:
Position pays hourly wage with an additional fringe benefit amount per hour toward employee's health and welfare benefits which includes options for medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k).
Employees also receive paid sick leave and earn paid time off.
