Job Title: FRAMER

Department: FIELD

Reports to: SITE MANAGER / FOREMAN

Location: Spokane Valley, WA

Pay Range: $18 - $25 DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Framer who is fluent in both Russian and English to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year practical experience in framing or general construction work and be capable of performing a range of tasks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all work is performed according to safety regulations and building codes

Measure and cut materials to ensure a proper fit

Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, and stairways

Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades people

Uphold standards of quality and craftsmanship in all work performed

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Qualifications

Proficiency in both English and Russian languages (spoken and written) is a must

Proven experience in framing and general construction preferred, but will train the right candidate

Strong mathematical skills for needed measurements and calculations

Attention to detail and precision in framing work to ensure structural integrity

Experience with commercial and residential projects

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to construction work

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

OSHA certification for construction safety

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED or Trade School

Ability to learn new skills and techniques
