Responsibilities include: facilitating compliance within OSHA and MSHA guidelines, review existing guidelines for compliance, advise employees on safety measures, enforce preventative measures, adhere to rules and regulations and ensure employees do the same, complete reports on accidents / violations and determine causes, conduct Safety Orientation for new employees and oversee Drug Testing policy. Must be organized, a critical thinker, a problem solver, and have strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Negotiated Salary DOE.
