-Our small local business is expanding and looking for supervisor trainees. We are a small local company that is growing due to our business practices and amazing work. We want the best individuals to grow with us and have the opportunity to help us expand. The position will be learning the trade which is mostly commercial Lawn Care and Snow/Ice management.
-This position will be competitive as we like to be the best at what we do. As we grow you will have opportunities to grow with us.
-Possible paid winters off to be on call for snow removal services.
-No experience is necessary as we will train the right individual.
-Good Attitude Required

Job Description
-Know how to follow directions and work as a team
-Ability to make sound decisions
-Work alone, work hard, and work smart
-Drive a truck and a trailer (trailer 14 to 20 feet long)
-Operate all equipment properly and SAFELY
-Operate small and heavy equipment (Trucks, Plows, Riding Commercial Lawn Mowers 32" to 60")
-Recognize equipment problems and issues and report them
-Recognize potential problems with turf and ornamental plants
-Very little customer service or interactions
-We do not bag grass, making the job simple and easy
Job Requirements
-Be able to walk up to a few miles a day and lift 40lbs
-Valid Drivers License
-Good driving Record
-Reliable Transportation
-Honest and Hardworking
-Learn all the skills of our trade
-Have good dexterity and stamina
-Be a team player
Compensation
Training Wages: $19.00 for the first month
Supervisor Wage after completed training: $20.00-$23.50 Depending on Performance and experience
Work Week: Tuesday-Fridays 7 to 10 hour work days with some Mondays
Seasonal: April- November along with possible paid ON CALL snow removal services in the winter.
