Job Description:

As the HR/Front Desk Specialist at Ruda Construction, you will play a pivotal role in both front desk operations and HR functions. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Front Desk Management:

Warmly greet and assist visitors, creating a positive first impression.

Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments.

Maintain an organized and inviting front desk area.

2. HR Leadership:

Demonstrate strong leadership skills to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Identify underperforming team members and work collaboratively with management to implement improvement plans.

Take initiative in talent acquisition by actively seeking out potential candidates to replace underperforming team members.

3. Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.

Contribute to employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.

4. Administrative Excellence:

Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.

Manage office supplies and coordinate procurement activities.

5.Communication and Team Collaboration:

Foster effective communication within the company, collaborating with various departments.

Work closely with management to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to identify and address underperformance.

Previous experience in HR or front desk operations is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Compensation:

Ruda Construction offers a competitive compensation package, starting at $25 per hour, with the potential to increase to

$35 per hour based on experience and performance.
