Position Summary:
The Human Resource/Public Relations Coordinator will lead and direct the routine HR functions of the store including hiring and interviewing staff, enforcing company policies and practices and will lead and direct the routine functions of the store Public Relations (PR) including managing our social media presence, managing our Local Act account and helping plan promotional events.
Major Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities for this position include recruitment, hiring, and onboarding employees, training and development, employer-employee relations, handle disciplinary actions, maintaining employee policies; implementing changes, writing standard operating procedures and training on them, creating a safe work environment, manage social media presences, including Local Act, and helping organize promotional events.
