Community Connections Inc is currently seeking a handful of new Direct Care Staff.
We have multiple shifts available.
All full time staff are required to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p).
Schedule examples:
Days
48 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed or Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun 7am-7pm $3425-3550/month
60 hrs/wk; Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 7am-7pm $4323-4417/month
Nights with sleep time
36 hrs/wk Thu/Fri/Sat 7pm-7am $1794-1872/month
60 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu 7pm-7am $3165-3300/month
Part time
Job Coaching - ask about hours and availability (20-25hrs/wk est.) $16/hr

What will you do at work?
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Implement individualized care plans and document progress
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
- Promote resident rights and maintain confidentiality
- Assist with meal preparation and household chores
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle to use for participant transport
Current vehicle insurance
First Aid and CPR - we can certify you
Assistance with Medications - we can certify you
Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift - Sat or Sun day or night
18+ years old

Pay: Up to $4,417.00 per month
