CCI is in search of direct care staff to work with our clients who have Developmental Disabilities in their own residences and in the community. This job has a lot of variety to avoid boredom!
Our participants are mostly high functioning, low behavioral, and live together in groups of 2 or 3. Some residences have 2 staff on shift, most have one at a time.
Some activities you may do for work during your 12 hour shift: watch movies, go bowling, create a menu, shopping, attend community events, work on independent living skills and so much more!
Possible schedule options:
Day shifts- 2 to 5 set days a week, shifts 7am-7pm
PART TIME 24 hours a week = 2 days working 12 hour shifts $1586-1690/mo
FULL TIME 36 hours a week = 3 days working 12 hour shifts $2379-2535/mo
FULL TIME 48 hours a week = 4 days working 12 hour shifts/8 hours OT weekly $3380-3470/mo
FULL TIME 60 hours a week = 5 days working 12 hour shifts/20 hours OT weekly $4261-4350/mo
Pay is dependent upon which days, how many hours, and your professional experience.
$4350/month is 60 hrs every week set schedule (day shift), with extensive experience

Reliable personal vehicle to transport participants
Current vehicle insurance
First Aid and CPR - we can certify you
Assistance with Medications - we can certify you
Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift - Sat or Sun day or night
18+ years old
