3 Part Time Positions Needed
Coordinated Services of Idaho, we need you! With our agency, we match staff and clients for a fun and full-filling job. We do not fill a position to fill a position. If you love to stay busy, drive around the community, reliable, good vehicle and vehicle insurance, this would be a perfect job for you. Are you retired, stay at home Mom, or going to school, we work around your schedule. We provide Hourly Support to higher functioning adults with Developmental Disabilities, doing everyday Life skills. Currently, we have 3 part-time positions available in the Coeur d’ Alene, Rathdrum, Athol and Post Falls area. You want flexibility, we make it happen.

Most all of our shifts are Monday through Friday during the day, but if you prefer weekends or working 4-hour days, you can do that too. There are no overnight shifts, yes, No night work! Once we agree on your schedule it will remain the same each week, not being tossed to other locations every other day or other clients. You never have to stay late waiting for someone to show up, when your shift is done you can leave. We want you to have a work-life balance. We build relationships with our clients; we want you to be a part of that building and need for the community. This is not assisted living, nor elderly care nor do we handle medications. This is helping individuals to grow and give back to our community.
Qualifications High school or GED (Preferred) Be 18+ Years Old Ability to pass a background check with Fingerprinting Ability to work independently Must have reliable transportation and car insurance (Mileage reimbursement) Have a desire to help others be as independent as possible US work authorization CPR/First Aid
Job Duties: You would be responsible for assisting developmentally disabled clients in their own homes with the following: Have Fun Home care, shopping, and meal preparation by prompting and showing them how Setting goals and learning new skills and hobbies (cooking, hiking, fishing, crafts) Building healthy habits Planning outings and activities outside the home Provide direct behavioral, cognitive, and emotional intervention to further the independence of the client in the home and community Transportation within their community. Use of mobile app on phone to record time and documentation with Clients.
