Experienced Front Office Insurance & Administrative Position – Serenity Dental (Spokane Area)

Serenity Dental is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Front Office Insurance & Administrative Specialist to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in dental office administration, insurance processing, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. If you are organized, proactive, and familiar with dental software systems, this is the role for you!

Job Responsibilities:

Insurance verification and processing, including Medicaid, EOBs, and adjustments

Answering phones and scheduling appointments with professionalism and courtesy

Working with Eaglesoft Fuse for patient records, e-claims, attachments, and narratives

Collecting copays and handling patient billing inquiries

Obtaining insurance fee schedules and communicating with insurance companies

Managing electronic claims submission and ensuring timely follow-up

Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks to support office operations

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a dental office setting, with expertise in insurance verification, billing, and administrative duties

Proficient in Eaglesoft Fuse (experience with e-claims, attachments, and narratives is a plus)

Strong understanding of Medicaid, adjustments, EOBs, and dental insurance processes

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Friendly and professional phone demeanor with excellent communication skills

Additional Responsibilities:

While the primary function of this role is front office insurance and administrative duties, the ideal candidate should be willing and able to assist in back office tasks as needed to support the team during busy times. This may include tasks like assisting with patient flow, preparing treatment rooms, or helping with sterilization, though it will not be the primary focus of the position.
