Aging Advisor
Aging Solutions is a company that provides aging advocacy. We are looking to fill a 1099 contract position. This postion currently offers 5-10 hours a week with rapid growth potential. This job can be done remotely and alongside your current full or part time job.
Qualifications:
Social worker or Healthcare professional with liscensure up to date and in good standing. Experience with aging population is a plus. Basic knowledge of resources to support aging persons. Excellent communication skills and follow up. Familiar with charting and managing electronic calendars. Customer service, Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Self starter, independant and reliable.
Duties will include:
Initial client consultation and intake.
Ongoing client support.
Connecting clients and their families to resources in their community.
Develop strategies to reduce family's stress.
Communicate effectively with the Aging Solutions team through weekly confrences.
Deepen relationships with affliliates.
Help clients live their legacy.
