Relief Night Audit at Hampton Inn by Hilton Spokane Airport
Find out why we’re ranked one of the top hotels in Spokane! We offer great pay and benefits. This position is 3 nights of graveyard night audit (11pm-7am), and 2 additional shifts of evenings (3pm-11pm).
Job Responsibilities include:
Ability to act as the manager on duty in a responsible and professional manner
Checking guests in and out accurately, ensuring proper payment is obtained
Making reservations and answering phone calls
Proficiently use computer programs and other technology
Guest service skills to assist guests with questions and requests
Keep accurate accounts of cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Reconcile accounts and run nightly audit reports: Prepare and distribute daily reports
Ensure guests satisfaction and resolve any challenges
Constantly communicate with other shifts, departments and management
A successful candidate will bring to this role:
Detail oriented attitude and commitment to work ethic
Punctuality and reliability in work schedule
Ability to multitask and good problem solving skills
Technology oriented: utilizing reservation systems, phone systems, and comfortable in Microsoft excel
Strong communication skills
Cash handling and payment processing skill sets
Good at balancing reports
Ability to work overnight shifts.
Experience in hotel front desk operations and/or audit or accounting is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidate
