We're looking for passionate and reliable individuals to join our growing family at The Boardroom at SwingLounge Downtown, a brand new restaurant concept coming to Spokane!
Whether you're a seasoned cook or eager to learn the ropes, we offer exciting opportunities for both Dishwasher Preps and Line Cooks.
Dishwasher Prep:
Keep our kitchen sparkling clean and organized!
Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude.
Requirements:
No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn is a must!
Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Line Cook:
Prepare delicious food from scratch using fresh, local ingredients.
Work efficiently on the line during peak hours.
Maintain high standards for quality and presentation.
Ensure a clean and organized work station.
Experience in a professional kitchen preferred.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a line cook role.
Strong knowledge of safe food handling practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Passion for creating high-quality food.
