New restaurant looking to hire Line Cooks and Dishwashers. We are Iron, Wood, and Ice located at Prairie Falls Golf Course in Post Falls.
We are passionate about food quality and are looking to expand our kitchen team.
Candidates for Line Cook must:
-Have at least 1-2 years full line cooking experience including Saute, Broiler, Flat Top Grill, Fryer, and Pantry
-Understands and executes safe food handling and sanitation practices set forth by the Health Department
-Be able to follow written recipes
-Be able to cook and plate menu items according to company standards
-Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner in a busy, fast paced environment
-Be available for evening and weekend shifts
-Be self motivated and work well with a team
-This list is not all inclusive. Further expectations will be discussed during the interview process
Candidates for Dishwasher:
-1 year Dishwashing experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate
-Be self motivated and willing to do hard work
-Be able to lift 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds occasionally
-Be able to be on their feet for long periods of time
-Be able to learn proper sanitation and cleaning practices
-Be available for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts
-Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner in a fast paced, busy environment

Pay for line cooks is $17.00-$20.00 per hour D.O.E
Pay for Dishwashers is $16.000$18.00 per hour D.O.E

We are Iron, Wood, and Ice and we are looking to hire Weekday Evening Hosts to join our friendly and energetic Front of House Staff. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will train and teach the right candidate
Candidates must:
-Have open availability
-Be friendly, welcoming, and outgoing
-Be able to learn and understand the job requirements set forth by the company
-Be able to assist the Server with table service
