Gander and Ryegrass is a fine dining restaurant in the heart of downtown Spokane. We make everything we serve in house, from pasta and bread to bitters for cocktails. We put a lot of heart into what we are doing in the kitchen, behind the bar and throughout the dining room. We are looking for bartenders who take the craft of making a cocktail and the art of hospitality seriously, have a great personality and will take care of their teammates. Our dinner menu is focused on coursed meals with beverage pairings, so each table carries with it a huge amount of detail that needs to be attended to while coordinating with your teammates in both the kitchen and the FOH. Bartenders are required to know and be practiced in the full dining room menu, it is likely that you will have a couple shifts on the floor as a server or depending on the night a handful of tables in the dining room while making drinks.
Must be available Saturday and Sunday mornings.
