Evening/Night Prep Cook

Drummin Up BBQ in Coeur d Alene is looking for a late evening part time food prep position to fill. 5 days a week 3 hours an evening. Looking for someone who can trim out brisket and pork, season the meat, fire up the smoker and place the meat into the smoker. There are also some cleaning duties involved as well. Shift is from 8pm-11pm and pays $21.00 an hour. If you are also available days we can also use help with our catering schedule. Please email resume through craigslist and include your availability.
