Essential Functions:
Available nights and weekends.

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and courteous demeanor
Attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to stay organized
Effective communication skills in various situations
Opening and closing procedures
Comfortable lifting 50lbs
Education:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
High school education is preferred, Current high school students will be considered.

We are a Modern American Gastropub on the South Hill. We are open 5 days a week for lunch and dinner. Our menu is entirely plant-based (100% vegan) and our bar specializes in craft cocktails. We are family-owned and operated!
You do not need to be vegan to work here, but you should understand the food movement a bit and be supportive of our mission, which prioritizes the health of the planet as well as its living things. Although a lot of our clientele will likely be familiar with a plant-based diet and might identify as vegan or vegetarian, it is very important to us for people who are new to the idea and maybe just want to cut back on meat (or even people who were not expecting our menu to be vegan) to also feel welcome.
