Breakfast attendant is a 5am-11.30am buffet. Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday , Replenish supplies communicate with cook and have excellent customer service. Banquet server, set up room, serve food if plated, monitor if buffet, break down room. This is usually weekend evenings.
