Currently hiring for a Food Prep Position, Friday's through Monday's!
This role will support and assist our bakers with the help of food prep, in addition to some light baking.
Job tasks;
- Slice meat and cheeses
- Bake; chicken, potatoes, bacon, eggs, cookies, quiches, soups and breads
- Make sauces, syrups, jelly, and cookie dough
- Assist front of house with occasional closing tasks
- Take inventory for BOH ingredients
-Mop, clean, and sanitize work area at the end of every shift
Hours: 28 to 34 dependent upon how busy the day has been and/or filling in other food prep shifts throughout the week
Time of day: 10am to 5pm Friday through Sunday, and 1pm to 5pm on Mondays.
Requirements;
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- This is an independent position that requires communication with the bakers, assistant manager, and general manager. You will be working alone for a majority of your shift so reliability, dependability, and the ability to follow instructions is a MUST, in addition to previous experience in food prep is required. You will be the last person to leave the building so ensuring that everything is prepared and ready for the next day is crucial.
- Must have have a current food workers permit or obtain one upon hiring.
