As a Process Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations and identify opportunities for process improvement. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will report directly to our Sr. Quality Control Manager, and you'll work out of our Spokane location. In this role, you will impact the organization by implementing process improvements that drive cost savings, enhance product quality, and increase customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process design into manufacturing operations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct analysis and simulations to optimize manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams. Process control and statistical analysis , SPC / SQCU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as material science, technology, engineering, metallurgical engineer, mechanical engineer, chemical engineer.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Six Sigma green beltWE VALUEExperience with process optimization and improvement. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment. Six Sigma black beltBasic understanding of electrochemistry , casting, heat treatment, forging, rollingThe annual base salary range for this position is $64,400-$96,600. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
