H.S. Diploma or GED.
1 year - Customer service or healthcare registration.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coursework/Training - Some college coursework preferred particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance coursework.
Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire.
Registrar or third party payor experience.
