This position is for work in-house to perform residential home design architectural renderings. The successful applicant will be detailed oriented, creative and have knowledge of residential design.
Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Adaptable and dedicated team player.
Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
Develop highly detailed and accurate residential construction drawings including elevations, foundations, floor plans, building sections, electrical layout and site plans.
Current technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites and Sketchup. Other design skills a plus. PC platform.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
