Job Description:
Arrange accommodations for live sporting events be it for local teams or professional.
Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, day trips.
Book reservations for hotel, flights, rental cars, special events and gatherings.
Receive ongoing trainings in order to stay inform for the best experience of ongoing and potential clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs and payment plans.
Work with 3rd parties including vendors, trip planners, event organizers, etc.
Provide proper documentation to the clients such as, authorization forms, flights tickets, event tickets.
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during trips.
Point of contact for clients before, during, and after day of sports event.
Requirements:
Computer or smart phone required.
Must be 18+ and coachable.
Work with minimal supervision.
Decision making and problem-solving abilities.
