Front Desk Associates play a key role in making sure that our members and guests get most from their Massage Envy experience. Our Front Desk Sales Team Members are the first and last point of contact for everyone who steps into our clinic.
From explaining program benefits and selling memberships to guests, to reviewing new enhanced services with members, the goal of our Front Desk Sales Team Members is to showcase the Massage Envy client experience so that massage and skin care become a part of our member's health and wellness journey.

Training- Or extensive training program reviews proven process and protocols to provide information, sell memberships and accommodate guest and member requests.

THE RIGHT FIT: Ideal candidates are passionate about health and wellness, have positive attitudes, are motivated to succeed AND are energized by selling. Our most successful Front Desk Associates love speaking with a prospective members and selling our Wellness Program, products and gift cards.
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE: Prior customer service experience, sound communication skills, professional experience, punctuality and reliability, and client confidentiality. Experience in a Salon/Spa environment a plus, with knowledge of a Salon Software would be of value but not required. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
