Job Overview:
White Cloud Vape and Smoke is seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Part-Time Cashier to join our team in Coeur d'Alene. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with purchases, answering questions about our products, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and process sales accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries about vapes, mods, coils, and other related products.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and store policies.
- Restock shelves as needed and assist with inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Basic understanding of vapes, mods, coils, and other related products is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register with accuracy.
- Punctuality and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
