Seeking a responsible, hard-working couple for on-site property management for our vacation rental business and property at Hawkins Point on Lake Pend Oreille in Sandpoint, Idaho. Must be mature individuals with a broad knowledge of what it takes to maintain and care for a 10.33-acre lakefront ranch property and prepare for and manage guests. The suitable couple would bring their own home to place on the property and rent a site with full hookups. The property includes one home, two bell tents (seasonal), a camping cabin and two RV sites. This spectacular property includes access to a privately owned beach and outdoor hot tub. The location is 12 miles east of Sandpoint, a desirable resort town in North Idaho.
Income would be a percentage of gross receipts with the possibility of earning extra income at an hourly wage of $20 for work outside the scope of property management/guest management. Must present well and be friendly with people, be diligent workers with attention to detail, and drug free, including tobacco products.
