This Project Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of contracts for Skils’kin. Day to day responsibilities include hiring, training and coaching, work-loading and scheduling. Will also work closely with others on budgeting and contracts pricing support, quality assurance, and employee support and development. In representation of Skils’kin, this person will build professional relationships with our customers in support of our mission.

Candidate Profile: Experience in professional cleaning industry, similar commercial operation. Proven leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to build high functioning teams and a strong willingness to collaborate with others ensuring the best possible outcomes. Growth mindset, willingness to learn and grow in your job while building strong team relationships. Understanding for the need to be flexible and pivot as needs arise. Working knowledge using technology to enhance work efficiencies, including Microsoft Office and cloud-based programs. You must have respect and empathy for all others. Other Requirements: Pre-employment criminal history background check based on our standards. You will work at Federal installations and your eligibility for employment will depend on passing a full Federal background check. You must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. Your Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed to determine if you meet our safe driver standards. Available to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies is required. Compensation & Benefits: This position is an hourly non-exempt position; pay is issued every two weeks. Skils'kin pays on your behalf an additional fringe rate towards options for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and 401(k) retirement savings. You will also earn paid time off.
