I own a cleaning company that specializes in the clean up of new construction homes. This company has been in business for over 16 years and still continues to grow.
I am looking for a highly detailed and motivated individual to join my company as a lead supervisor. In this position, I am also looking for the opportunity to sell my company to right person and take over all there is within the companies responsibility. The requirements for this position are:
Must be over 18
Must have a valid drivers license
Must have valid insurance
Must have a working vehicle
Must be hard working, diligent and detailed
Must be driven to succeed
I will personally train the right person who thinks they may be a good fit for this position. I am looking for someone to take over my company, that will be able to keep the cliental that I have built up over the years and be successful in the years to come with this company name.
Starting pay is $20 an hour, with PTO given after 90 days and a gas card is supplied from beginning of employment.
