We have a ton of accounts to work and no shortage of work.
We are looking for a reliable Debt collector/skip tracer.
A debt collector will have to be polite and sensitive towards people while also remaining committed to their purpose and persistent. Excellent communication skills and patience are good skills to have.
Responsibilities-
Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
Handle questions or complaints
Update account status and database regularly
Comply with requirements and laws
Requirements
Experience in working with people
On the job training will give you knowledge of relevant legal requirements
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Experience as debt collector preferred, but we have trained many that had no experience. Sometimes that works even better. We have been around for over 100 years and are looking to add more great people to our team. We have lots of work and would like to hear from you.
