The role will place heavy emphasis on retail sales and lot operations. This is NOT a desk manager job. You will meet and interact with all customers and vendors, so a friendly and professional demeanor is a must. Your responsibilities will include running store operations, matching cars to customers and overseeing inventory reconditioning. You will have a family-friendly work schedule but must be prepared to work Saturdays and some evening hours.
At Affordable Auto we believe that your attitude and the way you behave determine the success of the business, so extensive retail or automotive experience is not always necessary. However you should be proficient using computers and peripherals, as well as Microsoft Office software products.
