We are hiring! Carlson Landscape, LLC is a trusted, family owned-and-operated landscape design-build firm based on Camano Island with over 75 years of combined experience designing, building, and maintaining artisan landscapes in the Pacific Northwest!
We are looking for self-motivated, honest, reliable candidates who are willing to learn and who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. We work as a team to install hardscapes, irrigation and low voltage lighting systems, custom arbors and garden boxes, water features, and more. We also maintain residential landscapes to ensure they are always in tip top shape. We believe in providing quality tools and equipment to our valued employees for company use.

We work directly with and around our clients, meaning proper hygiene and excellent communication skills are a must. You must have a reliable form of transportation, be punctual, and above all else carry yourself with a positive attitude and strong moral code.
