We are seeking an experienced Roofing Crew Lead to join their team and contribute to their success.
As a Roofing Crew Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing roofing projects. Your leadership skills and roofing expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. This position involves hands-on work, team coordination, and effective communication with both the team and clients.
What you get to do:
· Lead and supervise a roofing crew to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
·Coordinate daily activities and allocate resources to meet project timelines.
· Ensure that roofing installations meet industry standards and company quality guidelines.
·Conduct inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.
·Provide guidance, training, and support to crew members.
·Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
·Enforce safety protocols and standards on job sites.
·Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
·Maintain open communication with clients to address concerns and provide project updates.
·Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation for excellence.
What you need to be successful:
·1 Year of Prior Construction Experience
·Comfortable working on roofs
·Leadership Skills
Pay: $20.00 - $34.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM
