Responsibilities:
Lead countertop installation projects throughout Washington state, ensuring superior craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to optimize workflow and achieve efficient project completion.
Conduct thorough on-site measurements and assessments to determine installation requirements and address any potential challenges.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and professional guidance and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the installation process.
Execute installations with meticulous attention to detail, consistently delivering outstanding results that exceed customer expectations.
Employ problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and find innovative solutions during installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid license for countertop installation in Washington state (if required).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead installer role, with a total of 5 years of experience in countertop installation.
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior workmanship on every project.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy countertop materials as needed.
