Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Car Stereo Sales Person to join our team at our Burlington location. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the car audio industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting and purchasing car stereo, video, and accessory products.
Provide information about car alarms, remote start systems, cruise controls, and other installed accessories.
Learn to process Ignition Interlock Devices.
Offer excellent customer service and foster a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Some knowledge of car audio systems is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Ability to pass a Washington State Patrol (WSP) background check.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer:
Full-time position (40 hours per week) with a 5-day work schedule.
Closed Sundays; open until 6 PM on weekdays.
Paid time off after 90 days
Starting hourly rate of $19.00, with opportunities to earn commission and monthly bonuses.
