Express Employment Professionals is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and take charge of expanding our market presence in Skagit and Island County! As a key player in our growth strategy, you will play a pivotal role in increasing sales, establishing new client accounts, and servicing existing ones. Join us in shaping the future of our business and making a meaningful impact in the Skagit and Island County territory.
What you get to do:
- Take ownership of the Skagit and Island County territory, conducting regular in-person discovery visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Proactively seek out new clients, develop a robust pipeline, and convert leads into lasting business relationships.
- Plan and execute strategic appointment calls to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and present our value proposition.
- Stay informed about our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges in the assigned territory.
What you need to be successful:
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably in a similar territory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with Skagit and Island County markets and industries is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 (DOE) plus commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
