Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced RV Sales Person to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the RV industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. As an RV Sales Person, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect RV to meet their needs, providing product knowledge and guidance throughout the sales process, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate RV based on their preferences and budget.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and options.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in RV sales or a similar role is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Competitive pay programs with commission incentives.
Commission pay is 25% of the gross of a new RV sale and 20% of the gross of a used RV sale. If you take in a trade on a deal you also get 5% of the gross of the sale of that RV when it sells.
