Participate in and coordinate the work of others in preparing for, fulfilling, and invoicing wholesale orders including packing and shipping via UPS and other carriers.
Participate in and coordinate the work of others in supplying retail shop with product.
Participate in and coordinate the work of others in packaging cheese.
Maintain inventory records and other documentation.
Keep cheese in Aging Rooms well organized and keep tabs on quality of the cheese in storage.
Keep work area clean, organized.
Make sure supplies are replenished as needed.
