Summary: Manage operations of retail shop. Hire, train, and supervise employees
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain store staff by recruiting and training employees
Maintain store staff by coaching, counseling , and disciplining employees
Schedule shop staff
Ordering product and supplies
Inventory control
Overseeing food production
Maintaining store SOP's and Menus
Allocation and distribution of tips
Planning, monitoring and appraising job results
Plan special events
Oversee Merchandising and signage
Promotion though advertising, social media and customer mailings
Maintain high standards of food safety and quality control
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service
Strong sales experience
Minimum 2 years retail food management
Ability to cook/prepare food items
Able to obtain Class 12 Alcohol Server permit
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
