Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as necessary.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks as needed, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
Have worked with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly; experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential for this role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Experience in dental or medical receptionist roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
