Looking for part time help in a small office downtown. I’d like someone who can do some basic but accurate bookkeeping, help get bills out and keep track of billing, keep track of emails and digital files and do general/personal assistance tasks. You’ll also be interacting with office clients and may do some phone answering and emailing.
It’s a bit of an unusual office - I might ask you to operate a camera, chop up a salad for my lizards, or run errands around town. I’m looking for someone with the flexibility to do a variety of tasks and it’s helpful if you actually enjoy the variety.

Well versed in computers/email/etc.
Microsoft excel (some experience)
Microsoft word (fairly adept)
Driving to run errands
People person
Contribute to a fun and positive environment but can still work efficiently.
