Part-time Flex and F/T positions available – (Flex-minimum of 20-37.5 hours per week, Full-time37.5 hours per week; starting at $24.32 - $25.54/hr. (D.O.E) withCOMPETITIVE BENEFITS INCLUDING:

Provides telehealth and in person support to Children and Families. Positions can include some remote work following the successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.

Position Description:

This is a professional position providing intensive, community-based therapeutic services to children, youth and families with serious mental health needs. You will utilize evidenced based tools to increase safety, stabilize placement and support individuals/families in meeting their identified needs by identifying a team of natural and formal supports. You will provide direct services to identified CMH clients focused on crisis planning, care planning and stabilization.

Minimum Requirements:

BA degree in social sciences, psychology, mental health or related field.

1-year direct experience with youth and/or families in a structured professional setting.

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Must provide proof of acceptable driving record (Driver’s Abstract-Full Record).

Ability and willingness to obtain WA State Agency Affiliate Counselor Certification.

Demonstrates the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.

Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.
