Perform nightly sanitation on all production equipment. Empty all garbage containers in the plant. Maintain inventory on cleaning chemicals. Perform other clean up duties as needed. Wear appropriate PPE. Participate in workplace safety. Be able to work with minimal supervision. Be able to follow directions. Have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with other team members. Actively participate in plant safety processes and demonstrate safe work behaviors. Knowledge of sanitation equipment such as power floor scrubber, high pressure hose system, foamers, etc. required. Previous plant sanitation is preferred. Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment daily. Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must not have any Seafood or Shellfish allergies.
